The Real Estate Market might be Spooky in other parts of the US, but over here in the Shores Community in Rockwall, the market is still handing out Treats but things have definetly started to slow down! In the fabulous masterplanned community, that had a stellar September!  How can I say that a slow market is still handing out Treats you ask. I say this because although Home Sales Dropped during October by over 75%, their Sales Price were 98% of the Listed Price!
