If you've walked through a labyrinth laid out on the floor or ground in a church, public park, hospital, school, retreat center or even progressive businesses, you've joined millions of people who've discovered this wonderful tool for personal, psychological and spiritual transformation. Labyrinths date back at least 3500, and it is only since the early 1990‘s that they have undergone a dramatic revival into non-religious settings springing up all over the world in diverse places such as Central Park in New York City, Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Grace Cathedral in San Francisco and the Riverfront Walkway in Naperville, Illinois to name a few.
