Pearland is the 34th fastest growing suburb in the United States according to an article in Forbes magazine.The Houston suburb also is 10th in Texas and first in the greater Houston area.Pearland's population has increased 100 percent in seven years. By 2011, the estimated population is predicted to soar to 120,000 residents. The naysayers in the news keep talking about how bad the real estate market is.  Well, I say phooey on them...
