Today I will dive into the Pearland TX real estate market with the results through the end of February 2022. As of today, February 7th, Pearland only have 91 active single family homes for sale in the city of Pearland. And only 57 single family homes for rent in the city of Pearland. The real estate market in Pearland is still a seller’s market and with the HOT season just getting ramped up, NOW would be a great time to put your house on the market to sell and maximize your return. In Pearland for the month of February, we had 128 single family homes close with a median price of $346,000. In February of 2021, Pearland had 137 closed real estate transactions with a median price of $299,000. And in February 2020, Pearland had 132 closed single family homes with a median price of $274,000....

If you drive the Brazoria County section of the 288 Toll Road, you may have noticed they raised the rates of the two gantries, where drivers are charged for using the express lanes, to a total of $2.65 heading north or southbound — charging $1 at the CR 58 gantry and $1.65 at the McHard Road gantry. The previous rate was $1.80. The way I see it, it will cost a driver approximately $25 a day roundtrip.Brazoria County Engineer Matt Hanks said it was because of inflation, market share and total congestion. January 2022 Pearland Market Trend Report. The city of Pearland, just south of Houston, has a very strong real estate market for sellers. The real estate market as of today, Feb 7, has 96 active single family homes for sale with a median days on the market of 31days. The median price for a home in Pearland in Jan 2022 was $339,450 with a median price per square foot of $144.33.These numbers are for both Pearland Zip codes, 77581 and 77884. If you would like to see a breakdown of your neighborhood, please let me know and I will be glad to run the numbers for you. Year over year, the January, 2022 numbers of a median priced home in Pearland were $290,000 for last year and $345,000 today. Home sales remain on track for another record yearHOUSTON — (October 9, 2019) — Houston home sales registered the seventh positive month of 2019 in September as consumers continued to take advantage of low mortgage interest rates, keeping a market that normally slows down this time of year buzzing.
