Bright Idea or Break Down? I have been battling my Yahoo email in box. I am not happy with the recent changes they have made. Today I found out that they had erased over 300 emails without notification that I am aware of.   Being so tired of battling that system.... I just erased all the email in the in box all together. According to a new report by RealtyTrac showa that 96 percent of counties that they track are better off now than they were four years ago. They analyzes housing market by gaugin four main categories: home price appreciation, affordbility of bank-owned REO sales and the unemployment rate. RealtyTrac Vice President, Daren Blomquist states, "The housing recovery has taken root in hundres of counties across the country, and almost all local housing markets are better off than they werre four years agao when foreclosure activity peaked in 2010, with more than 1 million homes lost to foreclosure in that year alone."  Furthermore, Blomquist stated that there were less than half of bank reposessions in 2013 than before. What?!?!? Another Crawfish Festival!!!! Don't worry if you missed last weekend's Kemah crawfish festival, Pearland is having their annual crawfish festival April 4-6th. Friday and Saturday events open at 11 am and end at 10 pm. Sunday April 6th events will open at 11 am and end at 6 pm. There is plenty of time to have some fun with the family and invite friends too! I Can't Be Your Friend On Face Book Anymore.... I was shocked to read the message sent to me by my friend who I see at least once a month! Plus I have been helping her locate some property for a project. The second sentence of her message made me laugh out loud.   She typed....My husband said... "Each time you read her Face Book you want me to fix or build you something!"   What I have been doing is sharing pictures from Lennar Home builders, and other Face Book Pages that show beautiful homes and landscapes.
