I just have to ask my father in law a question. Can we do this on Monday?   My heart sank for this young couple who were first time buyers. They came in and fell in love with the listing. He came and saw it twice! The home was aggressively priced to sell from all the other homes in the area. It was a great buy!   I told them they had until Friday to change their minds. That would be the day the seller would consider which offer to take. Here it was Sunday and the contracts had been signed it was too late…   I told him how sorry I was, but that the seller had made up her mind on Friday. Some Stinker Stole My Yard Sign   Yesterday while waiting for the client to come see a listing. I had this very bad feeling. It was so strong that I called my husband to see if he was in the area to come and sit with me to show the home. Unfortunately, he was not and after a while the feeling passed.   The clients came and they were a very sweet young couple looking for their first home. After they left I was sitting in my car getting a few things together when a man silently walked the front of my car. I was startled and he laughed. It was the lawn man I had hired to come cut the grass.   We talked for a bit and he asked me if I was still selling the house and I said yes.
