Why are people attracted to moving to and vacationing in coastal - beach properties and elsewhere where there's water like lakes and rivers?I believe the reason is twofold and then some:First:  Every living human being spent 9 months (if we were fortunate) surrounded by liquid filled sac in our mother's wombs. Whether it was planned, unplanned, natural, or artificial, we were all surrounded by liquid for many months before we saw the day of light.Second:  Our bodies are composed of nearly 80% water. And Water is the essence of life. Without it, we'll wither away to dust in a relatively short period.Here's another one:  Where are most of the best foods? There are kazillion blogs out there in the internet world. There are mega-zillions on ActiveRain. With so much limited time on everyone's hands, what makes some blogs more interesting and worthwhile to read?Here's what I look for:Headline:  Does the headline convey an interest or a phish?Content:  Does the content offer a general topic of interest that pertains to me and what others may be interested in too? Or, does the blog talk about "my fish died today and my cat got a fur ball?"Text:  If the blogger has a good topic and I'm willing to read it, then does the blogger have the basics of proper grammar and spelling? If no, then does the blogger improve over time on their written work?Media:  Does the blogger command the use of the media by the use of not only text, but use of pictures ... 10/21/2007

Do Free classifieds on one's website really work if that's not the main focus of the website?How many of you have Free Classifieds COMPONENT on your websites?If you do, then what type of component (what company or program is it)?Do you market it other than from the website info/menu?If you do market it, then how and how often?Do they work; i.e., do you have many classified postings by many users?I own a local domain, but I have not worked on the Classifieds component much and have not marketed the free classifieds. www.Corpus-Classifieds.com/ . What does the below picture say about a place?Just merely marketing pictures of a home may not entice and entertain buyers for some markets. Especially where the local market is purchased by many out of town buyers. So, many buyers will want to know about the local area. They want to see as much as possible on the internet before making a house hunting trip.
