IF you are looking in the Mesquite area for some good Mesquite houses for rent then you need to find a good  Mesquite realtor to help you.  They are free for you to use and can definately help you find a good deal for you in your family.  Many realtors are expert negotiators as well.  It is what they do for a living and most likely can save you a hundred bucks or so a month on rent.  Mesquites homes for rent can oftenly be found for about $800 - $2,000 a month.  These homes are commonly built in the 1970s with a good sized backyard.  When looking in mesquite you should always check the foundations of the home, as mesquite has very "sandy" dirt beneath the surface, thus making the area suspect to foundation cracks.  This could generate quite the headache for you as it could give you leak...

Thanks to a partnership between TXU Energy and Sharing Life Community Outreach, low-income customers in Mesquite will be able to find bill-payment assistance relief through the TXU Energy Aid program.  In 2008, TXU Energy will provide the partnering organization with approximately $65,000 to help low-income customers in need of temporary bill-payment assistance through its TXU Energy Aid program. October 2007 This is a tough year in Mesquite. Not as bad as many parts around the country but not as good as other areas around the north Texas region. In comparison with last months numbers the monthly sales numbers have moved into a strong negative bracket.  Last month the Sales figure in Mesquite was -15% versus last years September, so October is still building on negative sales in a negative way. The good news is hard to find but if you take a close look at listings you see the beginnings of hope for shrinking inventory. Also the average and median price is continuing to drop, good for buyers but not so great for sellers. If we can just get first time home buyers to reenter the market we should start to see the days on market and working inventory start to shrink, that is what sel...

December 2006 The numbers did not end the year good in Mesquite. But it is still a mixed bag of good and bad news.  In comparison with last months numbers the monthly sales numbers have moved into a strong negative bracket.  Last month the Sales figure was -11% versus last years November, so December is building on negative sales. The good news is the Hotness Ranking for Mesquite, it has improved for the last two 2 months versus the rest of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. This is caused by a slowly growing listing inventory in Mesquite of over 6 months while the rest of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroples inventory is growing faster.
