Home sales in League City are sure to benefit from the overall growth in the area as we welcome Studio Movie Grill, with plans for construction still in the works. Near Jimmy Chongas and Walmart; it is the hope of turning the surrounding area into an entertainment district. It will be very similar to Star Cinema Grill in Webster that the community has come to love. Rumors have circulated that the plans for it have been pulled, but don’t believe it for a second! Challenger Columbia Stadium to be Built Soon! Clear Creek ISD has some very exciting news. On march 26th the Clear Creek ISD community converged on bare land where a stadium complex will stand tall by fall 2015. The districts second stadium funded by bonds was approved to help accommodate continued fast growth of the Bay Area region. The truly amazing significance of the ground breaking day, was that several family members of the Challenger and Columbia crews, who perished on those space shuttle missions, also attended the ground breaking.
