Year-to-date, home sales went up 7% relative to the same period last year, with 225 properties sold so far this year. In Lavon, 16 houses sold in November of this year, which is a 0% upturn from a month ago. This November, the number of new real estate listings in Lavon dipped 23%, with 17 properties listed in November 2015. New houses listed increased 4% compared to the same period last year, with 225 homes sold. La Grange, A cool boutique in Lavon, Texas I happened to be showing in the area and ran across a cool boutique in Lavon, Texas. I had some time between showing  appointments so I stopped in and checked them out. They have cute tops, purses, earrings, shorts, dresses, jewelry, children clothing, hats, soaps, pillows and more!!    There is no shopping in Lavon but Family Dollar so I was  pleseantly  surprised!!  And you must see the decor and how they display the merchandise on old doors, lockers, pallets and old windows.    The way they decorated the store was awesome!  I saw old doors, old car doors, lockers, mattress springs and many more items that they used to display their merchandise and custom monogramming!  YOU WILL LOVE THE PRICES ! and the EVERYTHING IS $10 RACK
