Finding the right home is such a small part of the journey.I have buyers who found the right home, made an offer, and received a counter offer within hours. They decided to walk away. We looked at more homes and eventually came back to the one they had made the offer on.The buyers increased their initial offer, but not up to the level of the seller's counter. And now we wait.
