    Just Sold! New Construction in Brookview ~ Huntsville, Texas     Yesterday was a very exciting day! I have been working with this young couple for quite a while. They are getting married later this year, and this will be their first home purchase.       So besides the stress of planning and getting ready for an upcoming wedding... ⛪ ...  We've been looking at new homes and existing homes, and weighing the pros and cons of established neighborhoods vs relatively new ones.   Finally, they decided to go for the lesser HOA dues and the newer neighborhood -- since neither of them play golf.   I am excited for them.
