Can't stop the midtown express. Midtown is still going strong. Latest news is funding from the Federal Transit Authority that will allow the Midtown Transit /Pedestrian plan to improve curbs and building will be delayed (allegedly to the war in Iraq). On a side not, I am not sure about you but I do not consider this still at "war level", maybe a police action. Sure we have an active "war on terrorism" but we have never tolerated terrorism. Ok back to point, even though the funds are delayed, they will pull funds from other sources, finich the project and replay the diverted funds once the Feds have paid. What does this mean to us?
