TEN homes have sold in the Norchester subdivision for the last 6 months, beginning January 1 through June 30, 2013.   Prices ranged from $110,000for a one-story foreclosure on Norchester Village Dr. up to $197,000 for a lovely home on Idlebrook. One of the basics of the contract proceedures is the ever important inspection period.  It is so very essential to be sure we have had a disinterested third party have an up close and personal look at the intended purchase for the buyer we represent.
