Houston home sales is on an impressive two-year run of consistent sales. Numbers further improved to 28% this month compared to last year's numbers. With people relocating to Houston at a record-breaking pace of 4,000 per month over the year, the strong sales is expected to continue. The downside to this is that the ongoing demand is putting pressure on the available Houston homes for sale. At the momenth, the home inventory is at 3.3 months - its lowest for the last 13 years.To address this, developers have started building new houses all over Houston.
