Once huge trees stood tall and proud,  forming a bunker between us and the crowd. They sheltered us from noise and smelly air. For years they were there for all to share.   In the mornings the sweet sounds of birds, happy frogs and bugs were what we heard.   When life's pressures grew hard to bear, we could put things into perspective just looking over there!   A bit of natural beauty had been preserved, but then due to a developers nerve,  the trees became a memory, something from our past.  Like a dream, they vanished so fast.   There is no longer space for things of beauty.  The builders seemed to feel their duty , to remove serenity and nature from that place, adding more man made crowded space.   We must now listen to traffic roar. Mornings have become a bore .   Birds and animals ...
