On the other hand, some price points are simply not getting many sales.   In this type of market, as a seller, your best bet is to price your property as aggressively as possible in order to receive an offer.  There are definitely buyers in the market, but value is a key factor, and knowledgeable buyers are looking for the best deals. Horseshoe Bay lot sales remain stagnant and the overall market is saturated.  2014 is off to a slow start in most price categories. Lots priced under $10,000 each have 3 sales in the first quarter, but that is a slower pace than experience last year. Some buyers are still looking for lots that convey with a waiver.  Most waivers have expired, but properties in Applehead West generally still have waivers and often are an easier sell as a result, as long as they are priced correctly. Horseshoe Bay lot sales (non-waterfront) continue to be sluggish during 2012, but there are some signs of improvement in the under $10,000 category.  As you can see, some price categories are showing no sales for the year.   Waterfront lots (not shown here) continue to have reasonable sales.  If you are thinking of selling a lot in Horseshoe Bay, the best advise we can give you is to price it as aggressively as possible. Lot sales in Horseshoe Bay are still lagging, although there has been a pick up in lots priced at $10K or under, with four (4)  already closed this year and 5 currently pending.  That leaves about a 1.5 year supply of lots in that price point, certainly better than lots priced from $30-$100K where there have been no sales this year at all so far.
