On a recent flight Southwest Airlines handed out the complimentary beverage and peanuts, along with napkins that read:“Transfarencysm.1. Can you say, TERMITES? Today there was a posting from JAY MARKANICH  about brick walls leaking and the damage that can occur if that happens.  Jay inspired me to post a photo I took last week in Salado, TX just north of Sun City Texas, in Georgetown.  Whenever I see a condition like this I think of my home inspector frineds and imagine what fun they must have have when they get to to inspect a property with obvious issues. Not all issues with homes are so obvoius.  Get your home inspected, by a trained, licensed, and competent home inspector.
