We are going to look at what is coming in 2022 for the mortgage business and the Real Estate business. Forecasting is not easy these days, especially when it comes to economics. For example, many economists who pay close attention to mortgage rates predicted that rates would reach around 3.5% by the end of 2021. In the second week of December, mortgage loan rates fluctuated around 3.1%.
