Hidden Away in Euless... just across from Wilshire Elementary School... is the entrance to Wilshire Park.  It's pretty well hidden, so you've really got to look for the "sign"... which is the large rock pictured below. Kynette Street is on the North Side of Wilshire Elementary, and that's where you'll find the Wilshire Rock, and the entrance to Wilshire Park and Wilshire Pond !  There's plenty of parking, but Wilshire Park is easily within walking distance from all of the Wilshire area, and also from nearby Oakridge Estates.                                             Just a short distance into the park, you'll find a nice array of picnic tables, bar-be-que grills, playground equipment, and the walkway leading down to Wilshire Pond.  It's a great place to bring the kids... the little on... 11/26/2007
