I have been looking online at apartments for my daughter.  She is moving to Denton, Texas this summer and wants to live in a nice apartment.  I am very excited about this because that is my Alma Mater. Just pulled stats on Denton County, TX homes inventory and it's a grim picture. However, the number of homes on the market is up 9% since September of 2009. As I awoke yesterday morning to a hot cup of coffee and the television, having fallen asleep in front of the TV the night before, to CNN reporting the live rescue of the 33 trapped miners in the SAN JOSÉ MINE, Chile, I was amazed at the support for these miners.  One capsule appearing every 15 minutes or so, it seemed that not only were the miners relieved to be out of that cave 2000 feet below the surface, but the crowd of families, miners, rescue workers and Chile's President were exuberant with joy. Education, mine in particular, has always been among those things at the top of my List of Zillions for which I'm grateful.
