FIVE beautiful Pebble Creek homes SOLD during the month of June 2018 Prices ranged from $273,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home up to $487,000 for a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home.  These five SOLDS were all re-sale homes (ie no new construction sales for the month of June), and the average sales price per sq. ft. equalled $130/sq. ft. with the highest sales price/sq. ft equal to $136.25.  Average number of days on the market was 106.  Just two homes SOLD during the month of July.  One was a remodeled 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home built in 1994. It sold for $153/sq ft.  The other was a new construction home, 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths, and it sold for $204/sq. ft!! How much is your Pebble Creek home worth in today's market?
