I have an affordable single story home in a very nice neighborhood in Thompsons Station for sale. It get's lot of traffic, in fact it's averaging a little over 2 showings a day for the last 3 weeks. I've had 7 offers on the property, and the last three were on the same day. It's now under contract. My point is this, I had several offers that were based on comps from last summer, and the buyers didn't understand why my sellers wouldn't take the deal.No they didn't have any current comparables for the property because these homes rarely become available. They did not understand what a sellers market is.
