Third Time is a Charm (Second Time) Two of my clients that are closing on homes this month both put offers in on 3 homes each. For one reason or another, the others didn’t work out, but they are both on schedule to close and move into their new home this month. One of these clients called on one of my husband’s listings in Spring Hill. The home was already under contract so I ended up helping him find another home. This was back in March 2013. Spring Hill TN Homes for Sale Without Utility Poles in Their Front Yard Yesterday, I received a phone call from a prospective buyer who was looking to purchase a home in Williamson County TN. She was looking to buy a newer home priced under $250,000. That's a difficult commodity to come by in Franklin so I directed her to the cities of Spring Hill and Thompsons Station in Williamson County. She explained that she had driven through several neighborhoods in these communities and a number of them had utility poles in front of the houses.
