WOW! This year has flown by so quickly. It's October and I'm back to blogging. I haven't posted since March. What's happened since March that would hinder my blogging? The busy real estate in Middle Tennessee! What slow market? The real estate market in Murfreesboro has been great. We have made our goals of 80 listings, 80 contracts written, and 80 closing for most of the year. The phone lines are busy with anxious customers.
