The new director of Mountain States Hospice and his family are excited about the ratified contract on their new home -  just a few hours too soon to be my first sale of 2011.   We’re not complaining.  It would be great if all the transactions of the new year would be this  pleasant, and I’m blessed that mine usually do involve special people.   I first met Brian Jones in mid-November, which incidentally was National Hospice – Palliative Care Month.    He’s the new Director of Mountain States Hospice, which is located at 101 Med Tech Parkway, Suite 100, Johnson City – at the corner of Knob Creek Road and Med Tech Parkway, in the corridor of medical-related offices and services for which Johnson City is known.  I live very near there and the neighborhoods in which I do most of my work ar... 12/31/2010
