NAR-Home Buyers and Sellers Profile The National Association of Realtors-NAR-completes a homebuyer and seller profile every year. This past January 2011 profile has very interesting data! It just shows how the internet has changed the home search process for consumers.  Nearly half of all home buyers used the internet as the first step in the home buying process. Nine out of ten buyers used the interet during the home search process.  Eighty-eight percent used a real estate agent.   Other sources sources have declined in recent years. The use of yard signs and open houses are still apparant, howeverhtey have seen a drastic dips in the past six years. I love checking in on the local Cumberland County Playhouse and seeing what shows are being offered.  They do a variety of different shows for audiences of all ages.  Some of my favorite shows of all time, the classic ones that originated on Broadway, are still favorites around here as well as the newer student productions.  I have posted a list of shows being offered through the rest of the year.  If you are around the Cumberland County, Tennessee area, check out the Cumberland County Playhouse!!! Crossville, Tennessee is home to the world's largest tree house, or so it seems. This is a local hotspot for many people and it is such an awesome sight to see. I went and saw it for myself, it was simply breathtaking; not just because I climbed all nine flights of stairs either. This place was huge! It had many compartments in it that made it so unique. There is a humongous bell at the top to ring--if you can climb that high--along with a mini church on the third floor. This is not just any old church. It is equipped with a balcony, seats for a choir, an alter and even a stained glass window in the form of Jesus! This tree house is the coolest thing I have ever explored. I did a little research on what started this whole thing and USA today had a great article about this place. It was ...

It is important to understand the events leading up to your closing: 1. It starts when a seller accepts a contract you've put on their home.  Every item in a contract is time sensitive. Your agent should pay attention and keep you on the correct  time track. You will put down an Earnest deposit to show you are serious.
