I was reading Kiplinger's Magazine ( a nationally recognized financial magazine) as I do often and read the Money // Housing Section. It went on to predict the Cities to face the worst losses in the coming year and their market conditions.  The statement that caught my eye was:  " The city slated to do the best is Clarksville, Tenn., between Nashville and Ft.
