It's my kind of place!  Just cruisin round the town square puts a big smile on my face... Clarskville is one of the best kept secrets in the Southeast.  A wonderful town with a thriving economy and so much to do!  Water skiing, fishing, dancing, theatre, concerts, and even The Titans right down the road!  Toby Keith got it wrong when he sang - instead it should have been I love this bar town! Just check out the enjoyment of some of our locals!  Don't them kids look like they are having fun.  I tried to join them but I guess they didnt wanna play with an old retired Soldier! If you are looking to relocate, PCSing to Fort Campbell or deciding on a good city to retire - look no further than Clarksville Tennessee!

USS New YorkIt was built with 24 tons of scrap steel from the World Trade Center .It is the fifth in a new class of warship - designed for missions that include 20 special operations against terrorists. It will carry a crew of 360 sailors and 700 combat-ready Marines to be delivered ashore by helicopters and assault craft. Steel from the World Trade Center was melted down in a foundry in Amite,LA to cast the ship's bow section. When it was poured into the molds on Sept 9, 2003, 'those big rough steelworkers treated it with total reverence,' recalled Navy Capt. Kevin Wensing, who was there. 'It was a spiritual moment for everybody there.' Junior Chavers, foundry operations manager, said that when the trade center steel first arrived, he touched it with his hand and the 'hair on my neck ...

I was looking through my hard drive to see which files I could delete and I ran across this one.  It's a document that I used to give to my clients when I was a Mortgage Broker in Florida.  I'm so glad I didn't delete it and I hope it helps at least one person. 41 Ways to Rocket Launch Your Credit Score Need to raise your credit score? Sometimes I wonder if Americans have forgotten?  When I hear Darryl Worley's song I always wonder.  After 9/11 our country came together like I had never seen before in my lifetime, but it seems that many have moved on and I hope that this is not the case.  I, like many others have lost so very many friends in our Nation's battle again Terrorism - THEY fell to protect us all - to keep those who wish our Nation and Americans harm. Please take a moment and watch this video:  Have you Forgotten? Yesterday a little known run was held here in Clarksville.  It was merely a leg in a greater cause.  The Run for the Fallen is a cross-country trip that began about six weeks ago at Fort Irwin, Calif. The tribute is crossing the nation - a total of 4,000 miles - before concluding at Arlington Natio...

I had just left the office yesterday when the receptionist called and said there was a delivery there for me. I asked her what it was but she didn't say. She just said it will be waiting at the front desk for you. I was a little puzzled but made my rounds and turned back at the office right at closing time. I asked the receptionist where my delivery was. She smiled and pointed toward the edge of the desk. I walked where she was pointing looking for a UPS box or something to that effect and didn't see anything. I turned around and asked her again: well, where is it? She pointed at this beautiful flower arrangement sitting right in front of me and said: Right there! I pulled out the card and my eyes filled with tears. It was from a client that I "couldn't help"... Let me back track a few ...

I guess it would be a good time to hold stock in the oil industry right? When will we realize that the ‘oil crisis' in not a crisis,  but rather a scheme by the oil companies and lobbiest.  How many ‘RECORD PROFIT' quarters must  Americans endure before something is done?  Or is it simply the ‘American Way'?  I have been screaming foul for over a year now - when the public first cried back three years ago, I was driving a diesel pickup - why you might ask?  Because diesel COSTS LESS TO PRODUCE and therefore was cheaper at the pump.  That was until the public outcry.  When this first erupted, many people did not see the bait and switch game that the oil companies did. I saw it, as did any other diesel powered vehicle owner.  They simply switched the prices - worked for them.  They got th...

Either that or folks are seeing my pretty face on the internet alot lately!  (Okay, maybe - just possibly it is Pamela Ann's face..)  Nonetheless the market is certainly popping in the past week for us.  We have always kept an upbeat attitude during a period of slower than usual activity and ALWAYS kept our clients informed.  In the past week we have been covered up (not a bad thing) with showings of our client's listings (A GOOD THING) and leads contacting us wanting information.  Since we both love dealing with people and showing homes - we are having a grand time and hope that the newcomers to Clarksville will continue to call us and allow us to serve their Clarksville Real Estate needs! Just thought I would share the news and hope that my fellow Clarksville Realtors are experiencing...

As school is a mere week away for many of our children, I thought I would post some news for parents and those who are moving to the Fort Campbell and Clarksville area in the coming months.  First let me say that CLARSKVILLE AND MONTGOMERY SCHOOL SYSTEM IS OUTSTANDING   Now that I have got that out of my system, let me add the reason that the schools are outstanding are a combination of great faculty and teachers as well as INVOLVED PARENTS - yes - you heard it - Clarksville Schools are as good as they are because the PARENTS CARE AND ARE ENGAGED in their children's future. If you are sitting there reading this and saying 'Wait a cotton-pickin minute - I aint involved!" then I say to you - GET INVOLVED PARENT!  Okay, some topics of interest.  As I posted a bit earlier, they broke ground...
