What People Like about Hickory WildHickory Wild continues to be a highly requested neighborhood and community in the northeast part of Montgomery County. It is a well planned neighborhood of single family homes only. There is plenty of common area and community space where residents can gather and ride bikes or walk safely. The subdivision's playgrounds typically have lots of children using them with moms and dads sitting close by chatting and visiting with their neighborhoods.I particularly like the promenade entrance that greats you the moment you turn into Hickory Wild.  Detail and planning is even realized in the matching, decorative street signs and street lights. The bell towers ring and are tastefully surrounded by landscape and trees. Underground utilities, natural gas and city ...

This school is located on Rossview Road in the St. Bethlehem area. It is also next to Rossview Middle and Rossview Elementary Schools. Inclement Weather Policy for 2018Clarksville Montgomery County School System responds to serious weather conditions by staying on the safe side and closing schools. There are some weather days tucked into the school year calendar but when those days are exhausted then holidays and school in-service days are taken away. Are There More Keys to My New House? When a buyer closes on his new home in Clarksville TN, the keys are handed over at the closing table. Sometimes there is only one key or the listing agent has left the key to access the home in the lockbox at the house. With most homes having 3 or more exterior doors, buyers become concerned that there are more keys out there and wonder where they are. Are these all the keys to my house? The seller no longer has to give a buyer keys to all doors or even guarantee all keys are being turned over the the buyer. With a recent change to some of the state contract forms, the wording changed to say the seller is providing a key, one key. None of us I have any way of knowing how many copies of the keys were made or if each door has a different key to the lock...
