Many property owners push to get them paid before the end of the year to realize the tax advantages of claiming them in the prior year. Inclement Weather Policy for 2018Clarksville Montgomery County School System responds to serious weather conditions by staying on the safe side and closing schools. There are some weather days tucked into the school year calendar but when those days are exhausted then holidays and school in-service days are taken away.
