 With more homes on the market than in recent memory and so many sellers searching for the ever elusive "right buyer", new home builders have continued to over build.  Finally, someone has said to the new home builders - "Slow down".  The chief economist and director of research at the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, Mark Dotzour, stated that the continued building of spec homes is causing prospective home buyers to expect price concessions from all sellers.  Mr. Dotzour was quoted as stating "Every month that new homes are sold with substantial concessions is another month that homeowners will have difficulty selling their houses without offering similar concessions." It's been several weeks since the announcement that Starwood Amphitheater would be closed.  This large tract of land off Murfreesboro Road just before the Rutherford County line is full of potential.The Tennessean has speculated that the area will be developed commercially along the lines of currently-planned developments.  The Tennessean notes that PGM Properties intends to build Mt.
