Springfield Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 2 -2023 Fort Mill's Springfield neighborhood average home sale price increased 28% in Quarter 2-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Although the list to sale price ratio decreased 4% year-over-year, it was still just under 101%.
