And while, days on market increased, inventory was down as were new listings. Months supply of inventory was flat year-over-year and down month-over-month.   After doubling, year-over-year, in November, December closed homes sales dropped 32%. And while days on market increased, inventory was down as were new listings. Months supply of inventory also dropped in November. Although days on market increased, homes still sold in under one month, on average. Latest news on the Tega Cay, SC real estate market in October 2022...What you need to know...What it means for you... Tega Cay real estate saw a small cooling in October, but nothing drastic. Inventory was up (equal to four additional homes on the market year-over-year), but new listings were down. The median list to sale ratio dropped year-over-year and month-over-month to just under 100%. Home prices were higher year-over-year, but lower month-over-month.
