On Thursday, June 21, 2007, I attended the initial meeting of homeowners for The Boardwalk on the Waterway.  The purpose of the meeting was to discuss adding homeowners to the board, as well as the current progress of the community.  (And yes, I AM a property owner!)According to the project's construction manager, the boardwalk itself is scheduled to be completed within 6 weeks.  The roads should begin being paved in approximately 3 weeks.  The guard house is nearly complete, and the entrance is coming along nicely.  (See latest photos at http://carolinawaterfront.net/boardwalk/)Many exciting things are happening with this community, and we look forward to seeing the finished product.  If you'd like to receive updates on the progress of the community, or any up and coming communities, p...
