The first quarter had five fewer listings in the third quarter 2020 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Both average and median home prices increased compared with the first quarter 2019, as did listing prices.  Average sale price in the third quarter 2020 was $476,240; median sale price was $454,950.   Latest news on the Indian Land real estate market in September 2020 and what it means for you...   The Indian Land, South Carolina (29707 zip code) housing market remained a seller's market in September with just 1.3 months supply of inventory overall, down 60.6% from 3.3 months in September 2019. Housing inventory was down 52% in September year-over-year despite an 18.3% increase in new listings. Housing inventory was down 31.7% in May, overall, with resale inventory down 27.3% and new construction inventory down 48.4%.
