Waiting on my client to come sign an offer, will be third one for the month of August if you count the home I am buying. Took this picture from the car window and was pleased it turned out pretty good for someone that is not that great at talking pictures. Maybe there is hope for me yet??Sy John`s was built in 1888. Anderson is a great place to live. Half way between Charlotte and Atlanta it is convenient to everything. We are close to the mountains and have multiple lakes in the communities. Lake Hartwell is one of the largest lakes and a very popular spot for recreation. The downtown area is growing wild with the many new developments and there is so much more to come! Anderson University is a great school and we are minutes from Clemson as well.
