5 Star Customer Service- Tarbox Toyota- North Kingstown RI 02852.  A Realtor needs a working on the road car  at all times and without my Toyota Camry wheels I am just in deep trouble.  Being somewhat not mechanical...okay not mechanical at all except for plugging the GPS in ...I always need help.  So with so many service places, where do you go?   North Kingstown RI 02852 Real Estate Market Report -for March 2011 is as follows:                   14 North Kingstown homes sold:                      2 homes sold for over $400,000                      1 home sold between $300,000- $400,000                     11 homes sold for under $300,000 March 2011 was a month that had 168 North Kingstown homes for sale which was a 6% increase over the prior months numbers.  Although it is a spring market, unlike the crocuses popping, we are not seeing the usual home inventory increase yet.  Spring weather, although cold, is finally showing signs of real warmth by the waterfront and coastal North Kingstown RI....so what better time to buy!  Interestingly, the strongest sales continue to be in the under $300,000 range as first time home buyers ... 04/02/2011

So Do You Look for Good Bones in a Home?  I am periodically asked that question by buyers and whether that makes a difference on whether to consider the North Kingstown home for sale or not.  Well that is a good question but I am no home inspector to make a 'good bones' call.
