Home Sales North Kingstown RI February 2015   The real estate market in North Kingstown this month felt the cold snow of winter descend upon it but homes are still selling.  Although the homes sold in this community decreased by 16% over the prior month of January, pending home sales were up 25% in North Kingstown.  This bodes well for the increase in interest in this desirable and centrally located RI coastal real estate town for the spring home market.     Many homes are staying on the real estate market longer due to the weather but a surge in home sales is anticipated.   Case in point is on a North Kingstown home for sale I have in agreement that I have received over two dozen calls to be put in backup on this home!  This is good news for potential home sellers here.   Home sale act... 03/08/2015
