The Grande Finale of my trip this summer and final stop was the incredibly charming ville of la Belle Provence Quebec, Quebec City.....and a stay at the absolutely enchanting Hotel Frontenac!  The Frenchmen were charming, the food, 'mwah!' and every where you looked - was breath taking! The Château Frontenac, is one of a series of Chateau style hotels built for the Canadian Pacific Railway company at the end of the 19th and the start  of the 20th century.
