The Real Estate Market in Stroudsburg PA for the past several months has been an improving market.  Throughout the Pocono Region Sales have been up, and the number of homes for sale are down, compared to previous years. Two parts of a great combination to make it a great market to sell your home in. The 2013 Stroudsburg PA St. Patrick’s Day Parade was a success.   We started our prep early and many of our Agents were there to help.     Unfortunately the wind put a damper on the event as we were all colder than we thought we would be and we were unable to blow up all of our balloons. The wind was steady and then would come in gusts and our balloons were being tossed everywhere as you can well imagine.   Not to be put off by the weather we had everything ready in plenty of time so we started adding tattoos and decor to the number of walkers.  We had 37 participants for our office of 20 agents. It was a great turnout and a great day!
