The Saylorsburg PA 18353 Real Estate Market Report for January 2013 is shown in the charts below. In reviewing the Real Estate Market for Saylorsburg PA we take a look at the AVERAGE PRICES. The Real Estate Market Summary for Saylorsburg PA is reflected in the charts below.  First we will take a look at the Average Prices, List and Sale, for December and also for the Year.  We see that the Average Sale price for December went up however the average sold price in Saylorsburg dropped for the year.  This is a reflection of the Pocono Real Estate market overall, prices dropped 4% for 2012. Sunnybrook Farms is one of the No Dues Communities located in The Poconos of PA.   Sunnybrook Farms is located in Chestnuthill Township, off of Sugar Hollow Road with a mailing address of Saylorsburg, PA 18353 but located closer to Effort, PA.  They are a small Community of around 30 homes all on 3+ acre lots.  So if you are looking for PRIVACY, this could be the Community for you.  3+ acre Communities are rare in this area. Sunnybrook Farms is a No Dues Community of the Poconos and since there are no dues, no amenities are offered within this Community.  Their roads are paved and public therefore maintained by the Township.
