I have this little friend I am so grateful each day for her love.  A companion that follows me everywhere. She is small and beautiful. She is unusual as she follows me without a leash when I take a walk outside. My neighbors are amazed especially those that also have a pet like her. If you did not see her picture you may have thought it was a dog. For those of you that know me, it is Cleo my Siamese cat. She does not wander she even sat when she saw a squirrel sitting on a bench I said no stay there she sat and watched. She may walk ten or five feet away but never further from me. There are some states that do not have DS T such as Arizona and Hawaii. A CBS News poll in March found that 10 Americans prefer to keep a consistent time year-round, but there is not strong agreement on whether it should be daylight saving time or standard time. The chill is in the air one day cool and warms the next but we must prepare for the cooler weather especially here in the States where we get winter.My place has been a mess changing my closets around and also changing my blankets and comforters. I have many friends with larger homes that say they do not have that problem but even when I lived in my larger home I did have to shuffle things around from season to season. The Steal of a Deal is Zips cleaners  I take my comforters there every season they wash them and bag them in a zipper bag for $24.99  if you take your shams it is an additional $3.99. A few years ago after the Pandemic, I changed Real Estate offices. I had been with the same umbrella company for most of my real estate career and it was a difficult decision but I made the move.I was sitting at my computer writing a post when the phone rang and I answered Homestarr Realty and the man with disappointment in his voice said he had the wrong number.  I quickly answered this is Hannah Williams. People are complaining about interest rates and this makes me laugh. Well not funny if you are using credit cards as there you may see a rise in your payments but the housing market is not a horrible market. Looking back I remember a time when Interest rates were 18 and 19 percent now that was a difficult market. People who purchased houses paid high-interest rates but when the rates came down their property values went up significantly. There are always alternative financing options. If you are a first-time home buyer you most likely will not stay in the house you are purchasing for more than 5-7 years. Your needs will change and you will outgrow the house. Rivers Bend is a Pet-Friendly Condo Community located in the Torresdale section of Northeast Philadelphia.  I love watching the dogs proudly walk their owners, the owners curb their dogs, in other words, they do clean up after their pets.  Sometimes I would like to stop and take pictures but really not sure of the reaction. Most of the time I am also caught up in traffic and not able to stop to do so. Rivers Bend Condo units are two-story twins. Each unit has two levels they both have a 2 BR and 2 Bath garage, laundry, and driveway with a shared yard. an A unit is on the first floor which has a lower level and may have a half bath -The B unit is on the second floor, has a loft that may have a half bath, and is a more contemporary style. Let's Talk about what is happening in Delaire Landing a Gated  Waterfront Community. It was a wonderful summer this season at the pool. The sun was shining every day and a great time was had by all. The umbrellas were up and the sunscreens were lathered on. Pot Luck was the best any of us remembered the food was amazing. Everyone made such wonderful dishes and homemade desserts. Now that summer is over even with all the swimming that was done I know a serious diet is in the future for me. Delaire Landing residents also had a wonderful time at the Pool party with the Music supplied by our own DJ Mitch from Blue Collar DJ Promotions. Let's talk about Delaire Landing Gated Waterfront Community. Summer is here and many of the residents are enjoying the two pools with beautiful views of the Delaware River. It never ceases to amaze when the giant ships pass by as the residents are enjoying the sunshine or swimming in the pool. Monday and Friday many enjoy water aerobics in the lap pool. The time is between 1 PM and 2 PM and believe me, they get quite a workout to the music.  The fourth of July was fantastic. Entry to the development was limited as there was an amazing firework show that everyone could enjoy at the deck and even from many areas outside of their condos and apartments. Let's talk about Please don't tell, but my friends and I went to 2nd Ave in Fairless Hills. You know when I sing the song" They call her secondhand Rose cause she's wearing second-hand clothes". There are some days and some stores I do not look at the clothes, but this store was very clean and  Hannah Rose started looking. We had just come back from Sunday Brunch and we were laid back. Happy Flag Day How lucky to look out my door each day and see the American Flag waving proudly in the breeze and recently the Ukrainian Flag has been added to show our support. At one time George Washington would come down the Delaware river to get bread for his troops that were in Valley Forge during the Revolutionary war. Let's talk about finding some bargains in the rising economy. Forget about finding a good price on gas as the prices are going up daily. Delaire Landing is a Gated Waterfront Community located in the Torresdale section of NE Philadelphia. There are eight different condo sections plus an apartment community inside. Shared by all of the residents is a clubhouse with a small gym and a free library a meeting room and many activities. There are two pools overlooking the Delaware River. One is heated the other is a lap pool there are chairs and tables with umbrellas beautiful potted plants add to the tropical decor in the warm weather. With the rising costs of gas, the warm summer season makes living here even more desirable. There is also a playground area for children and a BBQ to grill but this must be reserved.  When looking at the sky you never know what birds you may see as there are many bird reserves in the area. I must admit this week I really did not get much shopping done. I went to dinner with a friend and I had some fried calamari & fried shrimp it was delicious when I ate it, but I woke up in the middle of the night sick as a dog. I heard of people getting food poisoning before but It had never happened to me. It took me quite a few days to feel myself again. Fried food not going to be on my menu again.  I was glad that I had purchased soup at Dollar Tree it was Campbells Kitchen Classics - I hope they have more it was perfect and delicious $1.25 also Arizona green ice tea was $1.25, and they also have a variety of canned goods and salad dressings if you get lucky you may even find Annie's.  I am so excited my bathing suits fit me. Maybe there is a little round bulge around the belly but with some swimming, I should be able to get rid of some of that. It just goes to show when you buy good quality bathing suits they last.
