This past Tuesday, Senate Bill 377 was sent to Gov. Corbett's office for his signature to repeal the new mandate in the PA Housing Code that requires all new construction homes to include a sprinkler system. Here is a link to read more about this bill, http://www.abc27.com/story/14444640/pa-bill-to-repeal-fire-sprinkler-mandate-sent-to-governor In my opinion, this is great news for consumers in Pennsylvania that desire to build a home. Here in Johnstown, PA there are several developments waiting on buyers to come and build their new home. Whether it is The Estate at Parker Woods, Maplewood Estates or developments in Windber, PA that is just minutes from Richland Township such as Ramblin' Hills. There are many opportunities available.
