(This post was inspired by the July AR Challenge "How Have You Changed", hosted by Patricia Feager and Lew Corcoran.  Thank you both.) I remember years ago when you could sign up to be on a Do Not Call List and your landline phone number would be off limits to unwanted solicitations. That list then evolved to include cell phone numbers.This Do Not Call service was in place when we first got into real estate. I remember being warned not to call people on this list as we could be fined as agents. I also remember that our MLS Public Records pages had a section that showed if a home owner was on the Do Not Call list, so we knew up front who not to call or solicit our services. Here in SE Pennsylvania we will be ending the month of July with another heatwave. These heatwaves are not as high in temps as in some other parts of the country, but they are usually accompanied with tropical humidity and the real feel temps, according to the local weather people, are in the triple digits. This will be our 5th heatwave of the season and we still have August ahead of us. So for me, I have been raiding the freezer and making smoothies for lunch.All year long I stash away fruit in the freezer that is over ripe, like bananas, pineapple, strawberries. Often the fruit will brown when frozen, like bananas, but that does not stop their flavor from coming through in the smoothies.
