Where prices used to be well over a million dollars depending on location in the community, over the last few months prices of most homes on the market for sale have fallen below a million dollars. Located on Route 252 in Easttown Township, this Toll Brother development is now about 18 years old with some homes as young as 15 years old.  Currently there are five homes for sale, priced from $859,900 to $1,190,000 and the average days on market for these active homes is just over 118 days.   Frustrated with those black streaks on your roof. I had a conversation about this with Mike Hansen, our local roofing contractor at Dunbar Roofing and Siding in Berwyn, PA and he sent me this aticle they had written some time back. Hope it helps.       The black streaks we see on roofs are caused by an ancient bacteria named "Gloeocapsa (pronounced Glow-e-o-cap-sa) Magma."
