It is a place where many in the spring  fly their kites in the Spring to celebrate this although many are now saying he did fly it closer to his home . Galloway was good friends with William Franklin, Benjamin Franklin's son.  What a wonderful way to spend a dreary afternoon . Gerry Fish from "Waterside Homes" invited all the agents to a luncheon so we could see the new model homes . It was a delightful casual lunch featuring Philly Hoagies .It really was a nice way to spend the afternoon and learn about the all the new models .  Gerry took us through all the new models and  improvements they made . It is really amazing how fast this development is growing . The pricing is also rising from the first time I viewed this "Waterside" community along the Delaware river .  There is a short communte to center city by Septa Trains or by car on I 95 and US 1 . There is nothing in the world like the smile and the hug I receive from my grandson Aidan . He truly brightens my life . I am looking forward to spending quality time with him this Thanksgiving . What I am Thankful for Today My Thanksgiving Post   After Thanksgiving dinner her parents , older brother and sister are going shopping . Her brother Aiden and I are going to the movies .
