Waterside the new construction in Bensalem . Had a luncheon today and I was invited  . I was glad my calender was free . It has been several months since my last visitto Waterside  . They are selling out this phase and getting ready for the next phase .   When they start the new phase the prices will go up so if you are interested please give me a call .  What a wonderful way to spend a dreary afternoon . Gerry Fish from "Waterside Homes" invited all the agents to a luncheon so we could see the new model homes . It was a delightful casual lunch featuring Philly Hoagies .It really was a nice way to spend the afternoon and learn about the all the new models .  Gerry took us through all the new models and  improvements they made . It is really amazing how fast this development is growing . The pricing is also rising from the first time I viewed this "Waterside" community along the Delaware river .  There is a short communte to center city by Septa Trains or by car on I 95 and US 1 .
