How was the real estate market in Turner during January of this year? Only 2 homes on acreage sold, but that is pretty normal right now for the time of year combined with low inventory. Those 2 properties sold in 63 days, down from the 2019 average of 94 days.  Seven homes sold in town in January, taking 118 days on the market, up from 104 in 2019.  There were 17 homes listed as active in January, giving an inventory rate of 2.42 months.  Still, a very strong seller's market. To see the full infograph for the Turner Oregon Real Estate Review in January of 2020, click the link.

The Turner Oregon Real Estate Annual Market Review for 2019.I have collected the 2019 data for each acreage sized home in Turner Oregon using the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing System.  As you can see by reviewing the infograph, homes with 5 or more acres is hard to find.  Less than 1% discount was given on average by the sellers.  We do expect more inventory as we move into Spring and Summer, but with such a high demand from buyers, they will sell quickly.Click the link for Turner Oregon Annual Real Estate Review to see the full infograph.Need the info on another area?  Let me know.

Recently I sold a home in Turner Oregon. The home had some issues but we were able to get them resolved in a short amount of time. The home sold in 14 days but after the inspection the buyer's backed out. We dropped the price and proceeded through the sale until we found a buyer.   The deal was in place and an attorney who will remain anoymous, put a bogus suit on this property. We prevailed and the sale is done!  To my client's I'm grateful for all the poistive feedback you have given me.. Thank you! My prior experience as a Private Investigator gave me the skills and helped me SELL THIS HOUSE! I'm very grateful for the opportunity of an well rounded education.  Letter From Rusty And Wayne: April Moore is an agent extrodinaire. We had an extremely tough sell, hitting several snags a...
