Well we're already nearing mid August and the 2009 Sherwood Oregon school year is just around the corner.  As a mother of 3 school-age boys in more than one Sherwood school, I can relate with everything that comes with the territory this time of year... Sherwood Oregon Home Value Update August 2009 Sherwood has been and continues to be a desirable place to live. It has seen some of the fastest growth in the state of Oregon, and most of it has been residential homes. People moved to Sherwood to live, not necessarily to work. With the economy tanking, many homes went into foreclosure and people moved out. This left us with a lot of stagnant properties that until recently, weren't moving.     Our recent shopping experience at Going Off Skate Shop in Sherwood Oregon... There's something special about Old Town Sherwood, Oregon.  Over the past few weeks we've been spending quite a bit of time down there.  Recently, "Going Off" Skateboard Shop set up shop in Old Town.  They have a fun store in the old Baseball Card spot by U.S. Bank.  They're all stocked up on all types of boards and supplies in the store.  You can even walk-in and build your own board based on your personal style and specifications.  Placing a special order was even an option for us.
