It seems that lately I have been bombarded by Investors looking for opportunities in the Portland Oregon real estate market. Many of these investors are looking for Hot Rental Properties in and around the Colleges. So as any good Real Estate Broker would do, I have been previewing as many of these homes as I can. This last year for me has seen the replacement of much of the Technology that I use in Real Estate for my own personal office. I detailed the account of one of those purchases in a post Deal_or_no_Deal  about the purchase of a Toshiba  Laptop computer. The Toshiba has really worked out well and I am as pleased as punch that I made the purchase.
