It seems that lately I have been bombarded by Investors looking for opportunities in the Portland Oregon real estate market. This last year for me has seen the replacement of much of the Technology that I use in Real Estate for my own personal office. I detailed the account of one of those purchases in a post Deal_or_no_Deal  about the purchase of a Toshiba  Laptop computer. The Toshiba has really worked out well and I am as pleased as punch that I made the purchase.
